When you buy € 75, – or more, the order will be shipped free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. Packages are shipped with PostNL or DHL.

All other fees and / or taxes for orders outside the European Union are at the expense of the customer. These costs are not reimbursed by Successfully Radiant.

We are not liable for additional costs and / or surcharges that will be settled upon delivery of your package.

Orders Deliveries take up to 2-3 business days after you place your order (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Due to the hectic seasons, please bare in mind that the deliverytime might be delayed. Please order on time so you’ll receive your Fabulous outfit before the holidays.

TRACK & TRACE

All packages will be send with a Track & Trace. After completing your order, you'll receive a track & trace code by mail with further explanations.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

As a rule, the mail will send our shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium within 2-3 business days. This often works, but not always. We ask for your understanding! Unfortunately, Successfully Radiant does not handle the delivery in hands and knowledge. You will receive your order within 2-3 business days.

Return & exchange policy

At Successfully Radiant you have a 14-day viewing period on all items. This period starts on the day after receipt of your order. If the item is not to your liking or would you prefer to receive it in a different size or color? Please contact our customerservice at successfullyradiant@gmail.com

Pay Attention

The article may of course be fitted, but must be returned undamaged.

All articles are therefore checked on receipt.

We do not accept returns or exchanges without the attached card.

The return is for your own account.

In case of return of a damaged article, compensation can be charged.

Only non-discounted items may be returned for money back, only within 14 days after ordering.

All items in the SALE category may not be returned for money back, but exchange is no problem.

All bodysuits and accessories may not be returned for hygienic reasons.

The money from your order will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.

Please note that we return the amount minus administration and shipping costs.

We are obliged, in any case within 14 days from the moment of receiving your return, to refund the return amount.
